Child and Adolescent Therapy

With compassionate guidance and tailored strategies, I help children and teens express themselves, build confidence, develop coping skills, and foster positive relationships with parents, peers and teachers. Together, we can intervene early so that young minds are better equipped for their future.

Adult Therapy

Gain insight into your current life struggles, stressors and challenges through the exploration of emotions, thoughts and behaviours within a trusting professional relationship. I believe in meeting you where you are at and working together to clearly define your goals and create a treatment plan towards fewer or less severe symptoms, healing, and improved balance and well-being.

Family Therapy

Family therapy focuses on the family unit as a whole or on particular relationships within the family, rather than on the mental health of any one family member.  Change is a natural part of growing as a family, but even positive life transitions can disrupt a family's overall sense of balance.  Family therapy recognizes the family as a complex system, where each member influences and is influenced by the other. Together, we aim to improve communication, navigate conflicts, cultivate healthier boundaries, and strengthen family bonds.

Child Counseling

Assessment

Struggling with various symptoms can leave you and your loved ones wondering what is going on or what is this? Assessments can provide answers by highlighting factors impacting an individual's functioning. As a Registered Psychologist, I am skilled and qualified to assess and diagnose mental health conditions for children, teens and adults, and develop recommendations for supports at home, at school, at work, and in the community.

Parenting Consultation

Parenting consultations serve to provide support to caregivers with education and guidance on how to best relate to and help children and teens, or to navigate support systems in the community. Consultations can involve working with parents/caregivers on their own, in conjunction with their own therapy or their child's therapy, or collaboratively with allied professionals in the community (e.g., teachers, doctors, social workers).
